How do I contact a seller?+
Open any listing or shop page and use the Call or WhatsApp button to reach the seller directly. Verified shops also show a badge so you know who you're dealing with.
Does ONEMALL.NG handle payments between me and the seller?+
No. ONEMALL.NG is a directory that connects buyers and sellers - payment and delivery are arranged directly between both parties, so agree on price, delivery and inspection before you pay.
What if a seller scams me or a listing looks suspicious?+
Use the Report button on the listing or shop profile to flag it to our team, and read our Safety Tips before you buy.
For sellers
How do I post a listing?+
Sign in, tap Post an Ad, and fill in your title, price, category, condition, photos and location. Listings are reviewed and go live shortly after.
How do I open a shop?+
Go to Register a shop to create a verified storefront - you'll get your own shop page, a profile badge, and can list unlimited products and services.
Why do I need to add payout/bank details before posting?+
Payout details let buyers trust that you're a real seller and are required before a listing can publish, in line with our verification process.
Payments & payouts
Which payment providers does ONEMALL.NG support?+
Paid features (like Featured or Top Ad promotions) are processed through Paystack and Flutterwave.
I promoted a listing but it's not showing as Featured/Top Ad - what do I do?+
Promotions can take a few minutes to apply. If it still isn't reflected after that, contact us with your listing link and payment reference.
Account & verification
How do I get the verified badge on my shop?+
Verification requires a confirmed phone number and complete shop profile (address, bio, payout details). Our team reviews shops before granting the badge.
I forgot my password - how do I reset it?+
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
