1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, posting a listing, opening a shop, or otherwise using ONEMALL.NG ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What ONEMALL.NG is
ONEMALL.NG is a directory and marketplace that connects buyers with independent shops, plaza stores and service providers across Nigeria. We do not manufacture, own, warehouse or sell the products or services listed on the platform, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or are used for fraudulent activity.
4. Listings and shops
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, shop profiles and product/service descriptions, including price, condition, availability and photos. Listings must not include prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, illegal or dangerous items. We may remove any listing or shop that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Payments and payouts
Where applicable, paid features such as Featured or Top Ad promotions are processed through third-party payment providers (currently Paystack and Flutterwave). Payment or delivery for items and services listed on the platform happens directly between the buyer and the seller - ONEMALL.NG does not hold, escrow or guarantee any such payment. Sellers must provide accurate payout details; incomplete or fraudulent payout information may result in listings being withheld.
6. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with a listing, shop or service. Fake, defamatory, or manipulated reviews (including incentivized reviews) are prohibited and may be removed.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: posting fraudulent or misleading listings; harassing other users; attempting to circumvent verification or safety features; scraping or reverse-engineering the platform; or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The ONEMALL.NG name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in related marketing for our services.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of buyers or sellers, or the quality of any product or service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONEMALL.NG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between users, including scams, defective items, or failed deliveries. Always follow our Safety Tips before transacting.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or poses a risk to other users, with or without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
